Professional Development for Educators

We train educators in how to develop a simple daily breathing practice in their lives and then pass that on to their students. Our workshops are online and/or in-person depending where you are.

We are education professionals ourselves and know that the physical and mental wellbeing of New Zealand’s teachers are subject to high rates of nervous system burnout, stress, and anxiety.

We know directly that these tools work for adults and young people.

“Fabulous way to start the day. Can take on the world after a session. Routines are doable regardless of fitness level and flexibility- I have been doing it regularly after a knee replacement. Mood is always lighter and outlook brighter.”
